摘  要:利用DSC、偏光显微镜(PLM)等方法研究了PET/MFMB的逐渐降温结晶行为、形态结构和制品退火处理收缩率。结果表明,PET/MFMB中PET、PP的结晶起始温度(T_c′)、结晶温度(T_c)均比纯PET、纯PP的高,PET的结晶速率也比纯PET的高;PET/MFMB中PET为连续相,MFMB为分散相,配比为78/22的复合材料中MFMB呈颗粒状相态,PET、PP晶体尺寸细小;低模温注射成型的PET/MFMB制品退火处理收缩率比纯PET制品的小得多。The crystallization behavior, morphological structure and annealing shrinkage rate of PET/MFMB composite were investigated by DSC and PLM. Results indicated that compared with the pure PET and PP, the PET and PP in the composite showed a higher crystallization initial temperature (Tc') and a higher crystallization temperature ( Tc) , the total crystallization rate of PET was higher. For the composite with PET/MFMB=78/22(PET as continuous phase. MFMB as dispersion phase) , MFMB displayed the particle shape states of phase, PET and PP displayed an fine crystallite distribution. A much lower annealing shrinkage rate was found for all the PET/MFMB products molded by injection at low mold temperature than those of pure PET.
