摘 要:用酸枣仁及壳对小鼠进行了镇静实验,同时对生熟枣仁做了比较。结果表明:炒仁,生仁及壳均能抑制小鼠的自主活动,加强戍巴比妥钠、硫喷妥钠对中枢神经系统的抑制作用(P<0.05),并可对抗安钠咖对小鼠的兴奋作用(P<0.05),而壳的作用比仁弱,但随浓度增大作用增强。仁及壳均不能对抗戊四氮的惊厥作用(P>0.05),炒仁与生仁的镇静作用无明显差异。临床治疗失眠等症,生熟枣仁之间亦无明显差异。The sedative experiment of zizyphus jujuba and its shell vas was studied in mice。The results show that all the crude,the prepared and the shell can inhibit the automatic activi- ties of the mice significantly,and can strenghten the depressent effect of pentobarbital sodioum and thiopentone sodium to the central nervous systim(P<0.05)and antigonize the cental effection of caffein and sodium benzoate on mice(P<0.05).The action of shell is weaker than mill,but the action of shell is strenghthen along with it's concentrintion increased.They can not angtigonize the convulsion of cardiazol(P>0.05).The experi- ment show that the crude and the prepared dugs have not significant different.Clinical ob- servation show that the crude and the prepared have not significant difference.
