摘 要:目的 :研究毒饵盒对提高灭鼠效果的作用。方法 :采用自制毒饵盒与传统塑料饵袋灭鼠 ,分别对多年灭鼠仍保持一定密度、灭鼠难度较大的局部地区进行灭鼠效果对比评价。结果 :毒饵盒法盗食率为 43 .0 % ,毒饵袋法为2 0 .0 % ;经 15 0d灭效观察 ,试验区鼠密度 (粉迹法 )下降率 94.3 6% ,对照区仅为 69.2 9% (u =2 .896,0 .0 0 5 >P >0 .0 0 2 ) ;灭效RPI指数为 18.3 7。结论 :毒饵盒法的鼠类盗食率较高 。Objective: To investigate the effect of poison bait box in the control of rats. Method:The rat control effect of cement poison bait box and the traditional plastic poison bait bag were compared in areas where the rat density remained to a certain level after years of control.Results: The rat's eating rates of cement poison bait box and plastic poison bait bag were 43.0 % and 20.0 %, respectively ( u = 2.896 , 0.005 > P > 0.002 ). After 150 days,the rat density in test area where poison bait box was used decreased by 94.36 %, compared to 69.29 % in control aera where plastic bag was used, with the RPI of 18.37 . Conclusion: The rat control effect of poison bait box is better than that of the traditional poison bait bag.
