黄芪对慢性肾炎患者血清TNF-α、IL-6及细胞免疫功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察大剂量黄芪对慢性肾小球肾炎(CGN)患者血清肿瘤坏死因子α-(TNF-)α、白介素(IL-6)及细胞-6免疫功能的影响。方法:采用放射免疫法测定例患者(治疗组)应用大剂量黄芪注射液治疗前后血清α、水40CGNTNF-IL-6平;并与例应用常规治疗的患者(对照组)及名健康人(健康对照组)进行比较,同时观察细胞免疫功能的变化。32 31结果:治疗前两组患者较健康对照组α和均显著升高(TNF-IL-6P),且血α与之间呈显著正相关(<0.01TNF-IL-6 P)。<0.01治疗后治疗组血α、明显下降TNF-IL-6 (P,<0.01)CD3+细胞、TCD4+细胞、明显升高。TCD4/CD8结论:大剂量黄芪有较好的降低患者α和、改善其细胞免疫功能的作用,为该药治疗提供了理论依据。Objective: To observe the effect of high doses of astragalus membranaceus on serum tumor necrosis factor-αα(TNF-) , Interleukin-6(IL-6) and cellular immune function in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis (CGN). Methodsα: Radioimmunoassay (RIA) was used to examine the levels of TNF- and IL-6 in serum before and after treatment with astragalus membranaceus in 30 patients (treated group), compared with that of 30 patients before and after treatment with routine therapy (control group) and 30 healthy subjects (healthy group) . Changes of CD3+ cells, CD4+ cells, CD8+ cells and CD4+/CD8+ were also observed. Resultsα: Before treatment, serum TNF- and IL-6 were significantly higher (P<0.01) in the treated and the control group compared with those in the healthy αgroup. There was significant positive correlation between serum TNF-and serum IL-6. After treatment, the αimprovement of TNF-, IL-6, CD3+ cells, CD4+ cells, CD4+/CD8+ in the treated group were obvious (P<0.01), and the improvement in the treated group was more significant than that of control group (P<0.05, P<0.01). Conclusion: αHigh doses of astragalus membranaceus can decrease the levels of serum TNF- and IL-6 and improve cellular immune function in CGN patients. The research suggests its possible curative mechanism.
