摘　　要：目的:观察新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(,)患儿的眼底改变,以了解两者之间Hypoxic Ischemic EncephalopathyHIE的关系。方法:对例(眼)患儿用托品酰胺散瞳后,用直接检眼镜检查眼底。231462HIE结果:例中,例(眼)眼231148296底有改变,占总眼数。眼底改变主要表现为:视乳头、视网膜水肿,视网膜缺血,视网膜出血,视网膜血管病变和黄64.07%斑出血。结论:在轻、中、重度特别是中、重度患儿常有眼底改变。Objective: To investigate the fundus oculi changes in hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy ( HIE ) of newborn. Methods: 231 newborns suffering from HIE were investigated to observe the pathological ocular fundus changes by direct opthalmoscopy after mydriases. Results: 148 cases ( 296 eyes ) , which were up to 64.07% of all, were found to have othalmoscopic changes in the ocular fundi including papilledema, retinal edema, retinal ischemia, retinal hemorrhage, retinal vasculopathy and macula hemorrhage. Conclusion:In clinical view, the severity of HIE depends on the pathological changes of the brain, and fundus abnormality will be very often in moderate and severe sufferers of HIE.
