摘　　要：通过二次CMSM52离子交换纤维素柱层析,从小鼠颌下腺分离纯化了2.5S神经生长因子。经SDS—聚丙烯酸胺凝胶电泳纯度鉴定,仅显示单一蛋白带。生物活性鉴定表明该纯化的神经生长因子可诱导鸡胚背根神经节轴突长出。2.5S nerve growth factor (NGF) was isolated from adult male mouse submaxillary glands by two step CM52 cellulose chromatographic columns.The purity determination of the NGF shows that there is only single protein band on SDS--polyacryamide gel electrophoresis.The biological activity of the extract was determined.It elidts the growth of nerve fibers from explanted embryomic chick dorsal ganglia in different amounts of NGF culture medium.
