摘 要:Thirty four taxa of Actinidia were investigated through PCR RFLP analysis of two mitochondrial DNA fragments, including nad1/B C gene and nad4/1 2 gene. Digestion of these two fragments by seven restriction endonucleases yielded twenty polymorphic restriction fragments. We only found restriction fragment length variation caused by insertion or deletion.
