STUDIES ON THE EFFECTIVE COMPONENTS AND PHARMACEUTIC FUNCTION OF THE ROOTS AND FOLIAGE OF RAMIE

摘  要:经定性分析,苎麻根叶的有效成分主要是有机酸和黄酮甙。体外抑菌试验证明苎麻有机酸盐对14种病原菌有不同程度的抑制作用。经临床疗效试验,对试验动物感染肺炎球菌有较好的疗效,临床治疗仔猪白痢病的有效率达94.6%,治疗猪肠炎腹泻的疗效达89.8%,治疗猪感冒病的疗效为73.8%,经药理试验苎麻有机酸盐有止血作用,用浓度5%的止血效果与20%的6-氨基乙酸相近,苎麻根黄嗣甙对哺乳动物子宫的机能活动有一定影响,对未孕子宫可加强其收缩力,而对怀孕子宫则能抑制其活力。Qualita tive analysis shows that the effective components in the rcotsand foliage are chiefly organic acid and flavone glycosid. Antibactreial testin vitro demonstrates the function of the organic acid at different extent onthe fourteen pathogenic fungi. Clinical treatmenteffect test indicates good re-sults of experimental animals infected with pneumococcal. The effective rateof clinical treatment is 94.6% for piglets suffering white scour, 89.8% forhogs suffering diarrhea and 73.8% for hogs having a cold. Pharmaceutic testshows the hemostyptic effect of organic acid-salt of ramie and 5% of organicacid-salt of raie funclions proximally the same as 20% of acidum 6-Amimocaproicum. The flavion glycosid of the ramle increases the contracting strengthof sterile uterine but depresses the activity of pregnant uterine of mammals.
