中西医结合治疗充血性心力衰竭86例疗效观察

摘　　要：采用中西医结合方法治疗充血性心力衰竭 86例 ,并设单纯西药治疗 80例作对照。结果 :治疗组显效 4 3例 ,有效 39例 ,无效 4例 ,总有效率为 95 .4 % ;对照组显效 2 6例 ,有效 2 8例 ,无效 2 6例 ,总有效率为 6 7.5 %。两组总有效率相比有显著差异。对有效病例在 3个月后进行随访 ,比较远期疗效 ,治疗组复发 30例 ,占 36 .6 % ;对照组复发 38例 ,占 4 7.5 % ,两组复发率比较有显著差异 (χ2 =14 .9,P<0 .0 1)。cases of congestive heart failure were treated with integrated TCM and WM,80 cases treated with western medicine were set up as the control group.Results:In the treatment group,43 cases had significant effect,39 cases effective and 4 cases had no effect,the total effective rate was 95.35%.While in the control group,26 cases had significant effect,28 cases effective and 26 cases had no effect.The total effective rate was 67.5%.Significant differences could be found between the two groups.Follow up survey three months later showed that 30 cases reoccurred in the treatment group(36.6%),38 cases in the control group(47.5%),No significant difference was found.
