摘　　要：为探讨 2型糖尿病和非糖尿病群体间的遗传多态性差异 ,寻找 2型糖尿病的致病相关基因。本文应用随机扩增多态性DNA技术 ,从 14 0个随机引物中筛选了 2 5个扩增满意的引物 ,进行PCR扩增 ,研究 2型糖尿病患者和非糖尿病者各 10例。结果 :1) 5个RAPD图谱表现多态性改变 ;2 )仅K 17的RAPD图谱的多态性在两组间存在显著性差异(P <0 0 0 1)。表明K 17扩增的RAPD片段与糖尿病的遗传背景有关 ,可能是与To explore the genetic polymorphic difference between Type 2 diabetes and non diabetes controls, and to find out the related disease genes of Type 2 diabetes. This paper analysed 25 RAPD mappings of ten patients and ten non diabetes controls came from the best PCR results of 140 random primers using the random amplified polymorphic DNA (RAPD) method. The results showed that 1) there were polymorphic changes in 5 RAPD mappings. 2) Only K 17 RAPD polymorphic mappings exited significanntly difference ( P <0.001) between two groups. It was suggested that the RAPD markers of K 17 was associated with the genetic backgroud of Type 2 diabetes.It may be a DNA Marker of Type 2 Diabetes.
