绿舒筋中多糖的提取及含量测定研究

摘　　要：对绿舒筋中的有效成分多糖进行提取和含量测定。采用水提 -醇沉方法提取绿舒筋多糖 ;多糖经苯酚 -硫酸显色后 ,在 4 90 nm处进行比色测定。测定结果 ,绿舒筋中的多糖含量为 4 .0 8% ,方法平均回收率为 10 1.34% ,相对标准差(RSD)为 3.2 4 %。该方法简便、快速、准确、灵敏度好 ,适用于绿舒筋中多糖的提取及其含量测定。A method for extraction and determination of polysaccharide in mupinensis was established. Polysaccharide could be obtained by the water extraction and alcoholic precipitation. The determination was performed at wavelength 490 nm with phenol sulfuric acid as a color reagent. The results showed that the content of polyaccharide in mupinensis was 4.08 %, the average recovery was 101.34 %, relative standard deviation was 3.24 %. This method was simple, rapid, accurate and had a good sensitivity, and was suitable for the extraction and determination of polyaccharide in mupinensis.
