摘 要:目的 研究拟原白头翁素A的生殖毒性作用。方法 小鼠睾丸初级精母细胞染色体畸变试验、精子畸形试验和致畸试验。结果 小鼠睾丸初级精母细胞染色体畸变试验、精子畸形实验结果为阴性。致畸试验高剂量组孕鼠体重增长减缓 (与阴性及溶剂对照组比较 ,P <0 0 5、P <0 0 1)。各剂量组胎仔体重、身长、尾长与阴性和溶剂对照组比较均有显著性差异 (P <0 0 5、P <0 0 1)。结论 拟原白头翁素A无诱发小鼠睾丸初级精母细胞染色体畸变和精子畸形的作用 ;高剂量对孕鼠有母体毒性 ,各剂量组均可引起胚胎发育迟缓 ,但无畸形发现。Objective To explore the reproductive and embryonic toxicities of propoanemonoib A. Methods Mouse testis primary spermatocyte chromosome aberration assay, sperm morphologic analyses and teratogenic test. Results No significant difference in the frequencies of primary spermatocyte chromosome aberration and sperm malformation was observed between the treated and control groups. The mean tail length and body length of fetuses were shorter in all treated groups than those in negative and solvent controls. The mean body weight of fetuses was lighter in all treated groups than that in negative and solvent controls. No viseral skeleton and figure malformations of fetuses was observed in every group. Conclusion Propoanemonoib A is embryotoxic but not teratogenic in mice. It does not increase the frequencies of chromosome aberration in primary spermatocyte and sperm malformation in mice.
