二维彩色多普勒超声诊断下肢静脉瓣功能不全的临床价值

摘　　要：目的　评价二维彩色多普勒血流显像诊断下肢静脉瓣功能不全的临床价值。方法　应用二维彩色多普勒血流显像检查下肢静脉瓣功能不全 49例 ,观察下肢静脉血管及瓣膜的解剖结构和血流动力学的改变。结果　有静脉瓣功能不全的患肢平均血流速度较健侧低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,患侧大隐静脉内径较健肢增宽 (P <0 0 5 )。结论　二维彩色多普勒血流显像能清晰显示下肢静脉血管结构、血流状态、瓣膜有无返流等 ,对诊断下肢静脉瓣功能不全有较高的实用价值。Objective To evaluate diagnositic value of two-dimensional (2-D)color Doppler flow imaging in the venous valvular insufficiency of lower extremities. Methods 49 patients with venous valvular insufficiency were examined using 2-D color Doppler flow imaging to observe the anatomic structures of valves and hemodynamics of venous flow in legs. Results The velocities of blood flow of the diseased legs were lower than the healthy legs(P<0.05). The inner diameters of great saphenous vein of the diseased legs were more obviously widened than those of the healthy legs(P<0.05). Conclusion 2-D color Doppler flow imaging can show clearly the structures of veins and valves of the lower extremities, the status of blood flow and valvular regugitation. It has great practical value for the diagnosis of venous valvular insufficiency.
