彩色多普勒超声探测正常无名动脉的临床意义

摘　　要：目的　探索正常无名动脉检查方法 ,分析声像图特征及血流参数。方法　依据解剖学特点 ,应用彩色多普勒超声技术 ,探测 136条正常无名动脉 ,观察走行 ,测量内径及血流参数。结果　正常无名动脉内径 (11 2mm± 0 6mm)、血流参数改变与年龄有关 ,频谱形态与颈总动脉的频谱形态相似。结论　彩色多普勒超声能确切地显示无名动脉走行、管径及血流参数 ,实为检查其病变的首选方法。Objective To explore the detecting method for the normal innominate artery (Inn A) and to analyze Inn A imaging characteristics and blood flow index. Methods In accordance with the anatomic feature, the normal Inn A of 136 cases was detected by means of color Doppler ultrasound. The route and internal diameters and blood flow index of Inn A were observed. Results The internal diameters of normal Inn A was (11.2±0.6) mm. The blood flow index of Inn A differs about age. The shape of pulse waves of Inn A looks like common carotid artery. Conclusion The route and internal diameters and blood flow index of Inn A can be clearly demonstrated with color Doppler ultrasound. Color Doppler ultrasound is the first choice for the diagnosis of Inn A.
