狼疮性肾炎尿毒症治疗探讨

摘　　要：目的 :探讨狼疮性肾炎尿毒症的治疗 .方法 :对 18例狼疮性肾炎尿毒症进行腹膜透析 ,给予激素和环磷酰胺治疗 .结果 :18例狼疮性肾炎尿毒症中 14例 (77 8% )患者脱离了透析 ,10例患者肾功能完全恢复 ,脱离透析的平均时间为 (38 6± 19 5 )月 .结论 :狼疮性肾炎尿毒症患者 ,并不等于终末期肾病 ,在有适应症时 ,经积极治疗 。Objective: To study treatment of uremia in patients with lupus nephritis(LN). Methods: 18 uremic patients with LN were treated with peritonial dialysis, glucocorticoid and cyclophosphamide(CTX). Results: 14(77.8%) of the patients did not need dialysis anymore, the renal function of 10 cases had been completely recovered, the average duration of dialysis withdrawal was 38.6±19.5 months. Conclusion: The patients who are LN don't mean that they are at terminal stage of nephropathy, renal failure can be reversed through active treatment when indications appear.
