摘　　要：为探讨腹膜转运功能对腹膜透析效能的影响 .收集了持续不卧床腹膜透析无尿的尿毒症患者 2 1例 ,用腹膜平衡试验测定其腹膜转运功能 ,以尿素KT/V及肌酐清除率 (Ccr)评价透析的效能 ,观察腹膜转运功能对透析效能的影响 .结果 :高、低转运及低平均转运患者的尿素KT/V和Ccr明显低于高平均转运患者 .结果表明In order to explore the influence of the peritoneal transport on the effect of peritoneal dialysis. 21 patients with continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis(CAPD) was analyzed. The effect of dialysis was evaluated by the method of KT/V and Ccr in order to examine the effect of peritoneal transport on peritoneal dialysis. Conclusion: The function of peritoneal transport plays an important role in the effect of peritoneal dialysis.
