脑出血大鼠脑组织bax表达及脑溢安颗粒的干预

摘　　要：目的 :探讨脑溢安颗粒 (简称脑溢安 )治疗脑出血的疗效机制。方法 :立体定位于苍白球内注射VⅡ型胶原酶诱导大鼠脑出血模型 ,采用免疫组织化学法检测模型组、脑溢安组与各对照组脑组织内bax蛋白表达。结果 :模型组脑组织内bax阳性细胞在 6h开始增加 ,1d达峰值 ,4d时明显减少。 1 2h ,1d ,2d ,4d ,7d脑溢安组其bax阳性细胞明显低于模型组。结论Objective:To investigate the protective effects and mechanisms of the traditional Chinese medicine complex,Nao-yi-An granule (NYA),on experimental intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) in rat.Methods:ICH models anesthesized were induced by stereotaxically injection of 2μl normal saline containing 0.4U bacterial collagenase (type Ⅶ) into the right globas pallidus (GP),protein expression of bax in rat brain after ICH was detected with immunohistochemistry method and the effects of NYA were observed.Results:Bax positive cells were found in hemotoma after ICH,the immunoreactivity was localized in the cytoplasm as a fine granular precipitate.The levels of bax expression in model group varied at different time-points,and reached the peak at 1d.In NYA group,the protein expression of bax in hemotoma were decreased significantly compared with those in model group.Conclusions:NYA can significantly down regulate the protein expression of bax.
