摘　　要：认为正气虚弱是导致消化性溃疡缠绵难愈的重要原因 ,顾护正气是治愈和抗复发的关键。中医治则以健脾益气为大法 ,主方香砂六君子汤加味 ,该药常配制为蜜丸 ,服用 4个疗程 。Deficiency of vital qi was regarded as the basic cause of peptic ulcer Protecting vital qi was the key treatment of the disease and the method of invigorating the spleen and benefiting qi was applied The main prescription to peptic ulcer was modified xiangsha liujunzi decoction which must be made into honeyed pill and taken for about 6 months
