济南市2001年两所小学流行性腮腺炎流行病学调查分析

摘　　要：20 0 1年是济南市流行性腮腺炎流行年 ,为了解济南市流行情况 ,我们对济南市区两所小学 12 0 0人进行了流行病学调查。首例病人出现在 2月 8日 ,7月 14日后无新病人发生。高峰为 5月上旬。共出现病人10 2例 ,罹患率为 8 5 0 %。男女之比为 1 2 2∶1(5 6∶4 6 ,P <0 0 1)。各年级罹患率差别极显著 (P <0 0 1) ,以二年级最高 (2 6 /16 1,16 15 % ) ,三年级最低 (7/180 ,3 89% )。体温升高 81人 (79 4 1% ) ,其中 5 0人体温高于 38 5℃(49 0 2 % ) ,头痛、呕吐 2 7人 (2 6 4 7% ) ,睾丸炎 2人 (1 96 % ) ,需要输液治疗的 4 8人 (47 0 6 % )。在发病的 10 2人中 ,32人有国产流行性腮腺炎疫苗接种史 (31 37% ) ,占总接种人数的 9 2 0 % (32 /348)。 6月 1日以后对 2 5 2名无流行性腮腺炎疫苗接种史的未发病人员紧急接种麻风腮疫苗 ,发病人数明显减少 ,及时阻止了流行性腮腺炎的传播。In order to study the epidemiological situation of Mumps in Jinan city 2001, an investigation was carried out among 1200 pupils in two primary schools. The first case occured February 8, and since July 14, no cases was occured. The beginning of May was the peak period. A total of 102 cases was reported with the prevalence rate 8.50% and the sexual ratio was 1.22∶1. Extremely, there was significant difference between each grade, which the prevalence rate of 2 grade was the highest (26/161, 16.15%) and 3 grade was the lowest (7/180, 3.89%). 32 of the 102 cases were vaccinee (32/348, 9.20%). Since June 1, 252 healthy pupils with no vaccination were vaccinated, then the amount of the sufferers decreased clearly. The prevalence of mumps was prevented in time.
