吐鲁番鸡血液生理生化常值的测定

摘　　要：对新疆地方品种吐鲁番鸡 ( 30只 )血液的生理生化常值进行了测定 ,包括血沉、红细胞数、白细胞数、白细胞分类计数及血红蛋白、血清蛋白、血清胆固醇 ,血清 Ca+ + 等的含量。结果表明 :部分数值如血沉、血清 Ca+ +、血红蛋白在家鸡常规指标范围内。血清蛋白、血糖及血清胆固醇含量的差异较大。并且在年龄、性别之间也有一定差异。Cockfight, local breed in Xingjiang Tulufan, were used to determine 10 physiological and biochemical parameters These parameters include erythrocyte sedimentation rate, RBC, WBC, leukocyte classify counter, Hb, serum proteins, serum cholesteremia, serum Ca ++ , blood sugar The results were as follows: erythrocyte sedimentation rate, Hb and serum Ca++ were inside the range of the routine target of poultry serum cholesteremia, serum proteins and blood sugar were different between cockfight and poultry There were different among age, and different among sex
