摘　　要：本文对山东省推广的 10个主要优质专用小麦品种在 9个地区的主要品质性状的表现进行了 2年的研究分析 ,结果表明 ,不同基因型间各品质性状有显著差异 ;供试品种的品质性状在不同地区的表现不同 ;不同品种及不同性状与环境互作的变异程度均存在较大差异 ;The quality characters of 10 wheat cultivars with good quality for specific end-use in 9 locations in Shandong Province were analyzed during two crop-cycles The result indicated that the quality characters have significant variance among different genotypes, also have difference in different locations The variations of variety × environment and character × environment are obvious The effect of genotype×environment on nutrition quality is less than that on processing quality
