摘  要:通过对近30年以来海河流域中东部平原区深层地下水实际开发利用状况的分析,阐明了深层地下水资源实际利用的特殊性;从深层地下水的自然属性出发,通过对深层地下水补给与释水机制及其开采过程中激发释水效应的剖析,揭示了深层地下水自然释水和开采条件下释水的规律,提出了便于实际应用的广义“深层地下水释水”理念。在此基础上,论证了深层地下水储量资源的可利用性。The actual utilization particularity of the confined groundwater resources in the middle-east plain of Haihe river basin is expounded by analyzing the condition of the confined groundwater exploitation for near30years.The characteristic and mechanism of releasing water,including elastic-releasing water and compressive-releasing water and leakage-releasing water from the confined aquifers under national condition and extractive condition,is proclaimed from analyzing the mechanism of the confined groundwater recharge and discharge,and of the excited release water by groundwater withdrawal.Rational knowledge of releasing water mechanism form the confined aquifers is put forwarded in a broad sense.Finally the utilizable particularity of the confined groundwater storage resources is discussed on above basis.
