摘 要:针对目前导热油夹套高温加热存在的温度分布不均匀 ,传热系数和热效率低等不足 ,开发了一种新型传热夹套 ,即从夹套的上封板插入搅拌装置和电热棒 ,选用能促进轴向混合的螺旋桨叶 ,利用夹套的不对称性 ,通过搅拌装置有效促进导热油的湍流混合 ,强化传热 .实验表明 ,在很低的转速下 ,整个夹套上下的温度已经相同 ;随着转速的增加 ,夹套传热系数明显提高 .新型搅拌传热夹套的传热系数是整体式夹套的 3倍以上 ,是螺旋板式蜂窝点夹套的 2 .5倍以上 .新型搅拌传热夹套特别适用于分子蒸发In order to improve the temperature distribution and increase the heat transfer coefficient of the heating oil jacket for high temperature heat transfer process, a new type heat transfer jacket with agitators was developed. The agitators are propeller blades for axial mixing. The propeller blades and the electric heating bars are inserted into the heating oil from the upper side of the jacket. Due to the non_symmetry of the jacket flow path, the turbulent mixing of the heating oil can be effectively reached by agitation and hence the high temperature heating process in heating oil jacket can be enhanced. The experiment showed that under low revolution of the agitators, the heating oil temperature in the entire jacket has become almost the same. With the revolution increased, the heat transfer coefficient of the heating oil increased obviously. The heat transfer coefficient of the new type jacket with agitators is 3 times more than that of conventional annular jacket, and 2.5 times more than that of dimple jackets. The new type jacket with agitators is especially suitable for the heating process of molecular evaporators and small or middle sized reactors.
