厦门发展高科技风险投资业的研究

摘　　要：建立风险投资机制 ,为高科技产业提供必要的资金、先进的管理及市场预测等服务 ,促进我国高科技成果产业化 ,已成为各界人士的共识。厦门作为沿海开放特区 ,它的高科技风险投资已在逐步发展之中。但是厦门高科技风险投资要顺利发展还需要政府和社会各方面的合作 ,用创新的思路建立具有本地特色的风险投资机制。As a common understanding, the building of a risk investment mechanism will promote industries with high tech achievements by providing them with necessary funds as well as advanced management and services such as market forecast. In Xiamen, an opening up coastal city known as special zone, a risk investment for high tech industries is being developed progressively. However, the smooth development of high tech risk investment in Xiamen needs support from government and cooperation with all circles in the society. To set up a risk investment mechanism with local characteristics needs to blaze new trails in its thinking.
