摘　　要：专利信息集技术、经济和法律信息于一体 ,记载着发明创造成果的丰富信息 ,反映了科学技术的发展与变化 。Patent information concentrates technology, economics and law. It records the rich information of invention and reflects the development and change of science and technology and plays an important role in R&D.
