摘 要:简要介绍了国内外变频牵引电动机绝缘系统的现状,讨论了变频电机的绝缘破坏机理,并从无机填料效用的角度研究了纳米TiO2在绝缘破坏过程中的电、光及热效应。根据变频交流牵引电动机的制造工艺特性和纳米填料作用机理,提出了用纳米无机填料填充改性定子绕组绝缘,将“漆包绝缘”的概念通过合理途径引入到变频牵引电机中,用以提高变频牵引电机耐高频脉冲和电晕性能的新思路。Domestic and foreign present state on the insulation system of PWM inverter-fed traction motor was briefly introduced.The insulation failure mechanics of PWM inverter-fed motor was discussed.The electricity,light and thermal effect of packed nano TiO 2 powders during the course of insulation failure was investigated from the point of view of inorganic filler utility.According to the manufacturing process characteristics of PWM inverter-fed motor and nano in organic filler action mechanics,a new conception of modifying stator-winding insulation by filling nano inorgan-ic filler was improved.Enameled insu lation conception can be introduced into PWM inverter-fed motor insulation on the basis of this idea by some reasonable techniques.It's prospective for increasing resistance of PWM inverter-fed pulling motor insulation to high frequency pulse and corona.
