摘 要:在研究了现有文献的基础上 ,提出最晚施舵点应当是一种动态模型 ,对影响最晚施舵点的因素进行分析 ,在层次结构上将有关要素进行整理 ,并明确哪些是必不可少的 ,然后 ,把最晚施舵点所涉及的要素和层次化为子要素 ,采用模糊数学理论来描述和分析这类模糊现象 ,最终 ,建立影响最晚施舵点因素的综合评判数学模型 .为检验文中所建模型的合理性 ,在模拟器中采用实例的形式对结论进行验证 ,结果表明该模型是合理。When from any cause, the two ships approach so close that collision can not be avoided by the action of the give way vessel alone, the captain of the stand on vessel should take such action as will best aid to avoid collision. This is her power and her obligation of the stand on vessel. But the problem is how to decide the limit point. In this field much progress has been made in recent years. Author processed a new method of establishing the point of the point of the last minute action. It should be a dynamic model. The factors affection should be put in order according to the administrative structure. In this paper,such fuzziness are analysed and described by the theory of fuzzy mathematics to establish the model of comprehensive evaluation. To check and confirm to rationality, in this paper, a set of simulation on radar simulator are given. The validity and practicability of the method are proved.
