摘　　要：江总书记“三个代表”重要思想的核心是群众观念和群众利益 ,贯彻“三个代表”重要思想 ,归根结底要落实到全心全意为人民服务上。全心全意为人民服务 ,应当做到“五个必须”:必须强化公仆观念 ,淡化当官意识 ;必须置身于群众之中 ,自觉接受群众监督 ;必须清正廉洁 ,艰苦奋斗 ;必须满腔热情 ,恪尽职守 ;必须一身正气 。The soul and key points of the important thought of'the three representatives' by general secretary Jiang Zeming are the concept of the people and the interest of the people. Carrying out the important thought of 'the three representatives' will eventually end in serving the people with heart and soul, which can only be accomplished by doing as follows: we must intensify the concept of public servant and reduce the consciousness of being a leader; we must place ourselves among the people and accept the inspection of the people conscientiously; we must keep away from corruption and work hard; we must work heartily and do our best; we must be honest and fight against the sins.
