摘  要:目的 :探讨野罂粟总生物碱 (TAPN)及提取物对人遗传物质的毒理效应。方法 :采用细胞培养技术 ,检测TAPN及提取物对人外周血淋巴细胞姐妹染色单体互换 (SCE)率。结果 :TAPN0 0 0 3mg及 0 0 0 5mg组与空白对照组无差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,TAPN其他浓度组及提取物各浓度组均能诱导人淋巴细胞SCE频率升高。结论 :TAPN及提取物各浓度组与SCE之间虽存在着明显的剂量效应关系 ,但TAPN在正常使用剂量内不会引起人遗传物质的毒性效应。Objective:To explore the poisonous effects of the total alkaloid of Papaver Nudicaule L.(TAPN) and its extract on human gene.Methods:Cell culture method is applied to check and measure the sister chromatid exchange(SCE) rates of human lymphocytes affected by TAPN and its extract. Results:No significant difference was prevent between the group with administration of 0 003mg and 0 005mg TAPN and the group with adminstration of blank it is proved that both the gruops in different concentration of TAPN and the groups of containing the extract can induced the lymphocyte to increase the multiplication rate of SCE. Conclusion;The marked dose and effect relationship existed between SCE rates and TAPN and its extract in different consistency groups the conclusion can be drawn from the studies that in common dosage,the TAPN and its extract with not induce the change of SCE rates.
