摘　　要：目的 :观察养精种玉汤加减方剂的醇提取液对离体培养卵巢颗粒细胞孕酮生成的影响 ,并进行机制探讨 ;方法 :应用放免检测孕酮血清浓度 ;结果 :该提取液可增加颗粒细胞孕酮基础分泌量和hCG诱导下的增加分泌量 ,明显增加细胞cAMP的浓度。Objective:To observe offect of Zhang Yu decoction on progestrone production of granulosa cells in rabbit ovary.Methods:Progestrone concentrition in serum was measured by RIA.Result:The drug increased both based secretion and secretion induced by hCG,while the drug increased cAMPconcetration of granulosa cells.
