黑加仑油药理作用研究

摘　　要：对黑加仑油的降血脂作用进行探讨。实验结果表明 ,对家兔实验性高脂血症 ,黑加仑油口服 0 3g/kg ,能降低TC、TG ;口服 0 1 4g/kg ,能降低LDL -C ,对HDL -C作用不明显。同时该剂量对家兔动脉粥样硬化有明显的抑制作用。其作用机理 ,与黑加仑中含有大量γ -亚麻酸有关。Ribes nigrum L seed oil was abstracted from the seed of riibes nigrum L,which contained many kinds of unsaturated fatty acids.The rabbits treated with the dose of 0 3g/kg and 0 14g/kg which suffered from an experimental hyperlipemia.The results siginified the serum TC and TG of the rabbits was reduced by the dose of 0 3g/kg. And the level of LDL-c was decreased but the HDL-c was not obiviously changed by the dose of 0 14g/kg. Moreover,the dose of 0 14g/kg had the evident inhibition effect on atherosclerosis of rabbits.The action mechanism of ribes nigrum Lseed oil may be related to r lionlenic acid contained in it.
