摘 要:目的 录求一个较好的一步法测定游泳池水中尿素的方法。方法 分别对邻苯二甲醛法、OPA法和酶—Berthlot法 ,进行标准曲线、干扰性实验、灵敏度、准确度、精密度以及显色剂比例 ,显色稳定性和与国标比较试验等研究。结果 邻苯二甲醛法对游泳池水中尿素测定 ,抗干扰强 ,线性范围宽 ,线性好 (r =0 9998) ,灵敏度高 ,准确度、精密度、重现性均好 ;该法不需要煮沸 ,无需避光反应 ,方法简便快速 ,适于各级实验室使用 ;OPA法在游泳池水中尿素大于 3 0mg/L时 ,线性良好 ,低于 3 0mg/L时线性不好 ;脲酶波氏法 ,在无干扰情况下 ,线性良好 (r =0 9999)。但当CuSO4含量在游泳池水中达 0 3mg/L时 ,脲酶与铜离子生成不溶性盐而失活 ,从而使实验不能正常反应 ,所以该法存在着一定的局限性。结论 邻苯二甲醛法准确、灵敏、简单、线性范围宽 。Objective To explore a better normal temperater one step method to detec urea in swimming pool.Methods With Phthalic Aldehyde,OPA,Urease Berthlot,experimental methodolgy study was conducted by means of standard curve,interaction experiment,sensitivity,accuracy and exactitude,repitition rate,and the national standard comparative experiment.Results Phthalic aldehyde method used to detect the urea in swimming pool had the excellent charater of antiinteraction,broad linear span good linear guality ( r =0.9998),high sensitivity good accurancy,exactitude and reappearance,which cauld be used in various labs beacauseit was not nccessary to be boiled and to be avoided the light,and it was an easy and rapid method.OPA had excellent linear quality when the urea was over 3.0 mg/L in swimming pool.Ureasa Berthlot was in fine linearzation ( r =0 9999) without interaction,but when CuSO 4 in swimming pool reached 0.3 mg/L,urease and Cu ++ produced undissolving salt thus losing activity and resulted in uneffective experiments.So there were some limits to the method.Conclusions Phthalic aldehyde method is accurate,sensitive,simple and wide linear range,and has a high value of usage.
