摘  要:通过对新型祖克浆纱机的上浆机构以及湿分绞和烘燥机构进行分析 ,全面总结了高压上浆工艺路线。认为高压上浆工艺路线不仅包括“高压、高浓、低粘” ,还应控制好其他工艺参数 :减覆盖、加浸压 ,先轻压、后重压 ,高硬度、中高速 ,湿分绞、分层烘 ,后上蜡、增平滑 ,分区段、控张力等。贯彻执行以上工艺要点 ,可达到开口清、断头低、效率高、可织性好的最终目的。The sizing parts, wet splitting parts and drying parts of new Sucker sizing machine are discussed, and its processing route of high pressure is also overall summarized. In the sizing route, except the technology of high pressure & high concentration & low viscosity, and there are some other processing parameters to be well controlled, such as reducing coverage, increasing immersing pressure, pro squeezing light, after squeezing weight, high stiffness, middle or high speed, wet splitting, division drying, after waxing, smoothening, dividing, tension controlling, etc. The above processing key points are executed thoroughly, and the final goal of clear shedding, low breakage, high efficiency and fine weavablilty will be obtained.
