稀土绿色荧光粉LaPO_4∶Ce,Tb的煅烧条件研究

摘　　要：合成了 (La ,Ce,Tb)PO4 共沉淀 ,研究煅烧温度、煅烧时间、煅烧气氛、不同助熔剂等条件对发光亮度的影响。结果表明 :共沉淀法制备的LaPO4 ∶Ce,Tb绿色荧光粉煅烧温度低 ,煅烧时间短 ,发光亮度高 ;颗粒较细且粒度分布均匀 ,平均粒径为 3～ 4μm。The ( La,Ce,Tb) PO_4 phosphors were synthesized. The effects of calcination temperature, calcination time, calcination atmosphere on the phosphors luminance were studied.The research showed that the LaPO_4:Ce,Tb by coprecipitation had a low calcinations temperature, short calcinations time and high luminance. The particle size is small and its distribution is uniform; the average particle size is 3～4μm.
