摘  要:研究了KDP晶体中散射颗粒形成的一种机理。掺杂微量偏磷酸盐即可使KDP晶体中出现散射颗粒 ,随着掺杂浓度提高 ,散射颗粒密度增大。散射颗粒形成的原因在于偏磷酸根具有PO4 四面体端基 ,在晶体生长时容易被生长晶面吸附进入晶格。偏磷酸盐掺杂影响了晶体的光学性能 ,晶体的光损伤阈值也明显地爱到掺杂的影响。A mechanism for the formation of scattering centers in KDP crystals is discussed. The crystals are grown from aqueous solution doped with a minute amount of sodium metaphosphate. It is found that the density of the scatters rises with the increase of the concentration of the additive. The mother liquor macro inclusions also occur in the sector boundaries and pyramidal sectors when the dopant concentration is high enough. The scatters are proposed to be micro solution inclusions caused by the inhibition effect of metaphosphate on the growing faces. Metaphosphate can be easily adsorbed and incorporated into crystal because its end group is PO 3- 4 tetrahedrons. The optical loss of crystals increases with the concentration of the additives. The damage threshold of crystals is also affected obviously by doping.
