摘 要:目的 探讨CD4 + TH1 TH2 细胞在类风湿性关节炎 (RA)发生发展过程中的作用。方法 采用酶联免疫斑点法(ELISPOT)对 15例RA患者和 30例健康人外周血中T淋巴细胞亚群及CD4 + TH1 TH2 功能亚型进行检测。结果 RA患者外周血中TH1 细胞的百分率较正常对照组升高 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 TH1 细胞介导的细胞免疫可能与RA的发生发展有关。Objective To investigate the action of type 1 and type 2 CD4 + T helper cells in the pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods T lymphocyte subsets and CD4 +T helper functional subsets (including T H1 and T H2 cells) in peripheral blood from 15 cases of patients with rheumatoid arthritis(RA) and 30 cases of healthy people were detected by enzyme linked immunospot assay(ELISPOT). Results Compared with those of normal control, the percentages of T H1 cells among patients with RA were increased( P <0.05). Conclusion The occurrence of RA might be associated with increased cellular immune function mediated by T H1 cells.
