摘  要:目的 探讨高压氧 (HBO)治疗对红细胞免疫功能的影响。方法  2 0只家兔HBO治疗 (在 0 .15Mpa下吸纯氧≥ 99.6 % 2h)前 1天及连续HBO治疗 10d后的第 1、第 5、第 10天 ,采用酵母菌花环试验测定红细胞C3b受体花环率 (RCR)及红细胞促中性粒细胞吞噬率 (ERPN)。结果 与HBO治疗前比较 ,HBO治疗结束后第 1天 ,RCR及ERPN均显著增高 ,P <0 .0 1;HBO治疗结束后第 5天 ,RCR及ERPN开始下降 ,P <0 .0 5 ,仍有显著差异 ,HBO治疗结束后第 10天 ,RCR及ERPN进一步下降接近HBO治疗前水平 ,P >0 .0 5 ,无显著差异。Objective To investigate the effects of hyperbaric oxygen (HBO) treatment on red blood cell immune function. Methods Twenty rabbits were continuously treated for 10 days by HBO (at 0.15 Mpa, ≥99.6% oxygen for two hours). Red blood cell C 3b receptor rosette rate (RCR) and enhance of rosette rate of phagocytosis of red cells on neutrophils (ERPN) with red cell yeast rosette test, were determined on the day before HBO therapy and 1st, 5th,l0th day after HBO therapy. Results It was found that, compared with that before HBO therapy, RCR and ERPN were obviously higher ( P <0.01) on the 1st day after HBO therapy; then RCR and ERPN began to decrease but there were still significantly different ( P <0.05) on the 5th day after HBO therapy from control values; RCR and ERPN decreased continuously, on the l0th day after HBO therapy, it approached the control level before HBO therapy, there was no significant difference ( P >0.05). Conclusion HBO therapy could improve significantly the red blood cell immune function.
