摘 要:在无外加酯化催化剂条件下 ,采用反应 -蒸馏工艺合成了乙酸芳樟酯 ,考察了n(芳樟醇 )∶n(乙酸酐 )、反应时间、n(夹带剂 )∶n(芳樟醇 )等因素对反应的影响 ,结果表明 ,当n(芳樟醇 )∶n(乙酸酐 )≤ 1 0∶2 5 ,反应时间≥ 2 0h ,n(夹带剂 )∶n(芳樟醇 ) =2 0∶1 0时 ,产品收率可达76 9%。同时利用色谱 质谱联用 (GC MS)对产品进行表征 ,产品MS谱图与标准谱图一致。Linalyl acetate was synthesized by reaction distillation technology without additional catalyst. Various factors such as n (linalool)∶ n(acetic anhydride),reaction time and n(entrainer)∶ n(linalool)which would influence the reaction were investigated.The results showed that the yield of the product could reach 76 9% under the conditions that n (linalool)∶ n(acetic anhydride)≤1 0∶2 5,reaction time≥20 h and n(entrainer)∶ n(linalool)=2 0∶1 0. At the same time,GC-MS spectrum was used to characterize the product.The MS spectrum of the product comformed with the standard spectrum of linalyl acetate.
