摘　　要：介绍PVC-U管件注塑模具斜主流道及冷料井的设计,提出了设计原则、设计依据、型式选择及其在注射成型时的工艺要求。采用斜主流道及冷料井模具,不仅消除了管件的熔接痕,而且提高了管件的表面质量。The design of oblique main runner and quench well of injection mould for PVC-U tubes is introduced. Design principle and basis, the type selection and the process requirement during injection molding are put forward. Application of mould with oblique main runner and quench well can not only eliminate the mark of fusion, but also enhance the surface quality of tubes.
