摘  要:研究了CPE135B和CPE14 0B的基本性能及CPE135B的硫化体系和补强体系。结果表明 :CPE135B和CPE14 0B具有良好的物理机械性能和优异的耐热老化、耐酸、耐碱性能 ;过氧化物体系是CPE135B较理想的硫化体系 ,而硫脲与噻二唑并用硫化体系可使胶料的撕裂强度和扯断伸长率有显著改善 ;选用N774补强 ,硫化胶综合性能较好 ,白炭黑补强的胶料硬度明显高于其他填料 ,而白炭黑与陶土以 4 0∶10的配比填充CPE135B可获得较高的强度和回弹性。The common properties of rubbers CPE135B and CPE140B as well as the vulcanization system and the reinforcing system for CPE135B are discussed in this paper. The results show that both CPE135B and CPE140B have good physical mechanical properties and excellent properties of age resistance anti acid and anti alkali. The peroxide is a desirable curing system for CPE135B, the compound curied by the blending of thiourea and thiadiazole results in significant improvement in tear strength and elogation at break. The vulcanizate filled with N774 shows good comprehensive properties. The componud filled with silica produces a heigher hardness compared to other fillers. The composite exhibits good resilience and strength at the blending ratio of sillica to clay 40∶10.
