摘　　要：组织工程中的生物材料是用于植入人体代替或修复人体组织和器官的一类特殊物质。当它嵌入人体内 ,可引起细胞的应答 ,结果产生具有生理功能的结构。用于组织工程的许多生物材料目前已被合成。本文主要从生物材料应用的角度 ,阐述了近年来这个领域的发展 。In tissue engineering, biomaterials are a kind of specific materials which can be used to replace ill-functioning or missing tissues or organs. When it is implanted into the living host,it will evoke a cellular response that results in the building of a structure that has the biochemical and structural properties to carry out the required physiological function. Many biomaterials have been synthesized. In this paper,attention is paid to the applications.Development of these materials are elucidated and two model surfaces were proposed.
