摘 要:采用液上气相色谱法测定盐酸溶液中乙炔和氯乙烯含量 ,使用氢氧化钠将试样中的氯化氢中和为盐 ,从而消除其在气相色谱分析乙炔和氯乙烯中的影响 .液上平衡温度为 3 5℃ ,平衡时间为 1h ,色谱柱为 2m× 3mmi·d· ,内填GDX - 2 0 2的锈钢柱 ,柱温 1 40℃ .气体进行量为 1mL .以外标法定量 ,乙炔试验结果的相对标准偏差为 0 .85 %,在 3 0 0~ 1 5 0 μg/g范围内 ,回收率为 98.9%~ 1 0 3 %.氯乙烯试验结果的相对标准偏差为 1 .4%,在 2 0 0~ 1 0 0 μg/g范围内 ,回收率为98 8%~ 1 0 2 %.A headspace gas chromatography was used for determing ethine and chlorethylene in hydrochloric acid.Hydrogen chloride was neutralized into salt by sodium hydrate.So it′s effect on determing ethine and chlorethylene was eliminated.The headspace bottle was put into a water bath at 35℃ for an hour.The Gc Column was a 2m×3mmi·d·Stainless steel tube packed with GDX-202 stationary phase.Column temperature was 140*!℃.Injection volume was 1mL.External standard method was used for quantition.The relative standard respectively was 0.85% and the recoveries in the range of 30.0*!μg/g~150*!μg/g were 98.8%~103% for ethine.The relative standard respectively was 1.4% and the recopveries in the range of 20.0*!μg/g~100*!μg/g were 98.8% ~102% for chlorethylene.
