摘　　要：本文分析了阳极氧化槽中因循环方式和添加新硫酸不合理造成槽内两端温度差异，这种差异对氧化膜质量产生很大的影响，然后提出了改进措施。The unsuitable liquid circulation and additive way of H2SO4 in oxidation bath lead to temperature difference between ends of bath is analyzed;The temperature difference has an effect on the quality of oxide film.The methods of improvement are pointed out in the artical.
