摘　　要：对铸造充型过程进行数值模拟时 ,自由表面位置的确定是非常关键的一步。本文较详细地阐述了在模拟过程中如何解决自由表面的问题。主程序以及后处理程序的开发采用了MATLAB语言 ,并与商品化软件进行了比较 ,获得了满意的结果。The confirming of free surface position is very important during simulating the casting filling processs, So this paper explained particularly how to solve the problem of free surface in simulation. The main program and post-process program have been developed by MATLAB language, and satisfied result has been got by comparing with the commercial software also.
