摘  要:试验测量了中锰球铁(QTMn8)铸态和不同热处理态的力学性能,观察了其微观组织。结果表明经过合适的热处理后,中锰抗磨球铁的冲击韧度大幅度提高。其αk值是铸态的2~3倍,而硬度稍有下降。在较高温度热处理时,由于组织中出现了网状碳化物,使冲击韧度和硬度都有下降。The mechanical properties of the medium-manganese ductile iron (QTMn8) were tested in as-cast state and in differently heat-treated conditions,and the microstructures were observed.The results showed that after properly heat treated,the impact toughness of the medium wear-resistant ductile iron was largely increased.Its impact toughness was 2~3times of that in the as-cast condition,however its hardness had decreased slightly.Treating at too high temperature caused net carbide appearing in the microstructure,and as a result,both the toughness and hardness decreased.
