摘　　要：分析了空心薄壁件沿球面冲型孔的受力情况 ,并介绍了定位机构以及实现冲孔所需模具的结构 ,对工艺难点在模具设计上采取了有别于常规模具设计的措施。The stress exerted on the thin-wall hollow part while piercing in the spherical surface was analyzed. The location-determining mechanism and the structure of the piercing die were introduced. A special way different from the common design was adopted in the design of the die to overcome the technological difficulty.
