摘　　要：介绍了使用VisualBasic和MATCOM开发数据采集分析系统 ,该系统具有界面友好、开发简单、数据分析功能强大、能够做到实时的复杂的数据分析和易于实现数据挖掘等特点。并使用该系统对窄间隙焊接温度场进行了数据采集与分析 ,证明该系统是数据采集系统及其它系统设计的一种较理想的选择。The paper introduces the data acquisition and data processing system developed by VB(Visual Basic) and MATCOM. The system possesses some advantages such as friendly human-machine interface, being easy to develop, powerful function of data processing, real-time data processing and being easy to implement data mining. The paper completes the data acquisition and data processing of temperature field in Narrow Gap Welding. The result shows that the application of the system is an ideal choice in developing dada system and other system.$$$$
