摘　　要：介绍了俄罗斯钢管工业在经受1998年秋爆发的金融危机冲击后生产复苏的情况,并对近年来俄罗斯所生产的钢管品种和进出口量的变化情况,俄罗斯钢管企业进行的技术改造和建设大口径油气输送管生产设备的情况,以及钢管生产企业向集团化发展的动向作了详细的论述。Introduced in the article is the recovering production situation of the Russian steel tube industrial circles as surviving the 1998 autumn financial crisis. Also dealt with are such aspects as changes in Russian steel tube category and import/export volumes over the recent years, technical updates in the industry and constructions of manufacturing installations for large-sized oil/gas line pipes carried out in the last a few years as well as the conglomeration trend of steel tube makers.
