摘  要:目的 :探讨金菊花总提物、总黄酮提取工艺。方法 :采用正交设计法。结果 :浸膏最佳提取工艺为A3 B3 C1,即 6 0 %乙醇 5倍量回流 2小时 ,共提取 2次 ;总黄酮最佳提取工艺为A3 B3 C2 ,即 6 0 %乙醇 5倍量加流 1小时 ,共提取 2次。考察结果显示 :按A3 B3 C1浸膏得率可达 47 81% ,按A3 B3 C2 总黄酮溶出量可达 4 37%。结论 :乙醇浓度和回流时间对浸膏得率及总黄酮溶出量有较大影响 ,应加以控制。To seek the optimum extracting technology of total extraction and total flavone of Dendranthema. morifolium Tzvel. Methods: The orthogonal design was used. Results:The optimum extracting condition of total extraction was A 3B 3C 1,that is adding five times amount of 60% alcohol and refluxing and extracting for 2h(totally extracting for 2 times); the optimum extracting condition of total flavone was A 3B 3C 2, that is adding five times amount of 60% alcohol and refluxing and extracting for 1h (totally extracting for 2 times). The total extraction and total flavone could raised to 47 81% and 4 27%.Conclusion:The alcohol concentration and the time of refluxing should be strictly controlled because of the large influence on the dissolution of total extraction and total flavone.
