摘　　要：在西部大开发中,人的价值观念直接决定着开发的方向、思路、质量和速度。然而,西部地区一些人的价值观念与发展社会主义市场经济的需要不相适应。因此,应当破除旧的价值观念,逐步树立起开拓创新、市场经济、知识经济和生态价值新观念。In the implementation of the strategy to divelop the west,human values decide derectly the trends,think-ing , speed and quality of exploitation, but human values in the west is incompatible with the needs of developing socialist market economy.So it is necessary for our to get rid of outdated value ideas,and acquire graddually new ideas of opening innovation, market econmy, intellectual economy and ecological value ideas.
